5. Prices, VAT & Charges

Prices on the website are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery, installation or rental fees will be shown at checkout. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order or notify you to confirm the correct price.

7. Payments

Payments for purchases must be made at checkout. Rental payments follow the agreed rental schedule. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers; we do not store full card details.

8. Delivery & Installation

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
For product purchases, risk passes to you when items are delivered.
For rentals, the equipment remains our property while in your possession, and you are responsible for its care and proper use.

9. Rental Terms

9.1 Eligibility

Some rental devices may require:

9.2 Your Responsibilities

When renting a device, you agree to:

• Use it safely and according to instructions
• Keep it secure at all times
• Not modify, repair, or lend it to anyone else
• Inform us immediately of any damage, loss, or malfunction

9.3 Loss, Damage & Late Returns

You may be charged for repair or replacement costs if the device and/or it’s accessories are not returned or damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Late return fees may apply if the equipment is not returned on time.

9.4 Ownership

All rental equipment remains the property of Oxygen-Care Ltd at all times.

10. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

10.1 Right to Cancel (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. This does not apply to:

• Opened hygiene-sensitive products
• Rental services that have already begun
• Custom or personalised items
• Services completed within the cancellation period

10.2 Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under Irish consumer law.
